Overview


The ash content determination box-type resistance furnace for glass fiber and other contents is a new generation of energy-saving and intelligent products with high performance and mechanical and electrical integration. It is mainly used for determining the glass fiber and other contents in plastics and is an ideal equipment for the research departments of plastic processing and manufacturing enterprises and universities. The equipment can intelligently control time and temperature in segments. It complies with ISO 3451-1:1997 and "GB/T9345.1-2008 Plastics - Determination of ash content - Part 1: General method".

Product features:    The ash content determination box-type resistance furnace for glass fiber adopts advanced domestic technology. The furnace shell is made of high-quality steel plates through folding, welding and drawing. The control box and the furnace body are integrated. It has a beautiful appearance and avoids the complexity of installation for customers. The inner lining of the furnace is made of high-alumina and silicon carbide refractory materials into a rectangular integral lining. The heating elements made of iron-nickel-chromium alloy wire wound into a spiral shape are placed in the wire grooves on the upper, lower, left and right sides of the inner lining. Heating is carried out from the top, bottom, left and right. The interior of the furnace is a sealed structure, and the inner furnace and the furnace shell are separated by refractory fiber alumina silicate cotton and diatomite products to form an insulation layer. The overall design is reasonable, with a long service life. The left side has a furnace door and a flue gas exhaust device, which is convenient to operate. It has an elegant appearance, exquisite craftsmanship, is sturdy and durable, and is not prone to deformation.

Temperature control:  The ash content determination box-type resistance furnace with over-temperature alarm device adopts an integrated design and a user-friendly menu design. It uses industrial PID self-tuning control technology, with dual high-brightness wide-view digital displays, providing clear and intuitive readings. The microcomputer intelligent control solves problems such as temperature overshoot, achieving excellent temperature control effects. After setting the temperature, the instrument automatically controls the heating output, ensuring precise and stable temperature control. It has an over-temperature alarm and automatically cuts off the heating output. It also features a function to start timing upon reaching the set temperature or after a set time upon startup.
