The measurement and control system utilizes a high-precision digital servo valve with force closed-loop control, capable of achieving constant load rate or constant stress rate loading. It provides high control accuracy and reliability. The system incorporates a microcomputer for electronic measurement, automatically conducting compressive strength tests, and generating, calculating, and printing reports. This machine is widely applied in the construction industry and testing agencies.
The hydraulic oil in the oil tank is driven by the motor and high-pressure pump into the oil circuit, flowing through the check valve, high-pressure oil filter, pressure differential valve group, and servo valve, and then enters the cylinder. The computer sends control signals to the servo valve, controlling the opening and direction of the valve, thereby controlling the flow into the cylinder to achieve constant speed control of the test force.
